Returns, Refunds, and Shipping Policy

RETURN

Which Products can be returned?

• Food products (coffee pods, beans, tea, chocolate, and any other consumable items) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• We offer a 15-days return policy for non-food products.

How can I return an item?

• The item shall be 'as new' in appearance and is unused and shows no signs of use, wear and tear, or damage. We cannot accept used items unless they have major faults.
• The item shall be packed in its original undamaged packaging with all product tickets and tags.
• The item's original packaging cannot be marked or used as the outer layer of packaging for transport. Please ensure you do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging.
• Returned Items must include a copy of the receipt/invoice for the order.

What can I do if I received a faulty item?

• If you have received a faulty item, please contact us before returning the item.

Refund Guidelines

When is a food product eligible for a refunds?

Partial or total refunds will only be applicable on food products when the bought item(s) is (are) not available, if you received the incorrect product or if the order has been canceled before it has arrived at its destination.

For non-food products, how does the refund works?

• Refunds will be processed via the same method as the customer's original payment. If you used the Cash on Delivery Option (COD) the refund will be made to your bank account or to store credits whatever you decide and communicate to our customer service representative.
• The refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our warehouse and inspected by our team. Once approved, the refund takes up to fifteen (15) business days.
• If you have canceled your order before shipping and have paid by card, we will back the amount to your credit/debit card within fifteen (15) days.

Shipping Policy

• We will deliver the products to the address specified for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate.
• We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Any orders placed on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, will be dispatched on Sunday or the next business day.
• If a product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you within 2 working days and give you the option of a refund for that product.
